All Repairs - Lifetime Parts and Labor
If our repair fails, we will fix or replace that part at not charge. All we require is that you keep your system properly maintained with a Rocky Top Club maintenance agreement. If you desire to maintain the system yourself or through a different service provider, all repairs still remain covered by our standard 1 year parts and labor warranty effective from the date repairs were made.

Please note that routine maintenance is required as recommended in the owner’s manual to ensure proper performance of the equipment. Repairs that are required due to lack of routine maintenance and for equipment that has exceeded its average expected life are not covered by the Rocky Top Air Lifetime Repair Warranty Agreement.  Rocky Top Air can provide the required routine maintenance.  Compressor replacment/service is excluded as part of the Lifetime Repair Warranty.
