Rocky Top Air’s Exclusive Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty:
We will repair or replace all comfort system components on Trane XL models: air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, programmable thermostats and electronic air cleaners in the event of failure for the life of the equipment. All we require is that you participate in the Rocky Top Club 3-year maintenance program on the covered equipment to ensure peak performance and maximum efficiency.
In addition to the Lifetime Warranty program, we offer the following Lemon and Performance Guarantees on all new Trane comfort systems:
Lemon Guarantee on Gas Furnaces:
If the heat exchange fails on your new furnace within five (5) years of installation, we will replace the entire furnace absolutely FREE.
Lemon Guarantee on Air Conditioners:
If the compressor fails on your new air conditioner or heat pump within five (5) years of installation, we will replace the entire outdoor unit absolutely FREE.
5-Year Money Back Guarantee:
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to five (5) years after installation, Rocky Top Air will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue up to and including removing your new comfort system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.
5-Year Performance Guarantee:
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to five (5) years after installation, Rocky Top Air will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. And, if we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment, Rocky Top Air will replace the system with a new system of equal value, free of charge.

Please note that routine maintenance is required as recommended in the owner’s manual to ensure proper performance of the equipment. Repairs that are required due to lack of routine maintenance and for equipment that has exceeded its average expected life are not covered by the Rocky Top Air Lifetime Repair Warranty Agreement. Rocky Top Air can provide the required routine maintenance. Compressor replacement/service is excluded as part of the Lifetime Warranty.
