Gerald Allison – President and General Manager
Gerald has more than 20 years experience working in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. His experience covers all aspects of residential, commercial, and industrial applications of HVAC, dust collection, and air quality control. Gerald previously served in HVAC roles including general manager, operations manager, foreman, sheet metal mechanic and field helper for mechanical contracting companies. Gerald Allison is a licensed mechanical contractor (classification CMC) in the state of Tennessee.

Ben Granger – Installation/Service Manager
Ben Granger is a co-owner and Operations Manager for Rocky Top Air. Ben has been in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry for over 21 years. His experience includes all aspects of commercial and industrial applications of HVAC installation, specialty fabrication and design build of Heating and Air Systems. Mr. Granger has performed in roles of field supervisor, project manager, job foreman, sheet metal mechanic, and field helper for several well known mechanical contracting companies.

Chris Allen – Commercial Services Manager
Chris Allen is a co-owner of Rocky Top Air and is dedicated to providing solutions for Commercial and Industrial services. Chris has over 20 years in manufacturing and understands the importance of smart investments in infrastructure and equipment.
Chris returned to Knoxville after serving as Plant Manager of a major appliance supplier in Monterrey, Mexico. He has also held positions as Production Manager, Facilities Manager, Safety Director, and Technical Engineer. Chris served in the US Navy’s submarine service for 6 years.
Chris is an active member of Business Network International.

Michele Tsetsakis – Sales Manager
Michele Tsetsakis joined Rocky Top Air as a Sales Manager and Residential Comfort Consultant in June 2009. Michele provides in-home solutions for those in need of a new central heat and air system and indoor air quality improvement.
Michele has more than ten years experience in the residential HVAC business. She recently moved to Knoxville from her hometown of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she served as project coordinator for the Home Improvement division of Sears from 1999 to 2006. Prior, Michele worked as a Field Medic in the US Air Force for six years.
Michele holds an associate of science degree from Broward Community College in Davie, Florida, as well as two other associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Applied Science and Allied Health. She has received training in Trane, Carrier, Mitsubishi, Aprilaire, Heil, and Fridgidaire products, and is qualified to compute load calculations.
Michele is an active member of ewomen network, Women in HVAC, Karns Business Association and Business Network International.

Lloyd Allison – Office Manager / Dispatcher
As the father of Gerald Allison (GM of Rocky Top Air Inc) Lloyd is dedicated to offering his vast experience in management and organization to the team at Rocky Top Air.
Lloyd Allison has more than 18 years of experience in the HVAC field. This started with three sons being directly involved in the industry and a process of learning with them. The part time phase gradually increased over time, and eventually became part of his General Maintenance business. In 2004, became directly involved with the industry in a full time position.
Previous experience in the industry includes commercial estimation coordinator, inventory management, purchasing and project expeditor. Lloyd has managed all parts of accounts payable/receivable, as well as employee relations, job delegation, and daily contact with customers and new clients.
Lloyd worked in the medical x-ray field for 20+ years. Responsibilities included actual rebuilding and refurbishing of x-ray apparatus, especially in the electrical part. He was also responsible for installation of complete x-ray rooms (mechanical and electrical) in medical offices, chiropractic offices, and veterinarian clinics.

Phil Miller – Service Technician
Phil has 10 years experience as a service technician. He moved to Knoxville 2 years ago from Indiana where he worked for Pepper Heating and Cooling. He is NATE Certified and has attended numerous industry related training classes.
Phil is committed to providing customers with the confidence that comes from knowing their equipment is safe, running efficiently and properly maintained. His key to success is getting the job done right the first time.
Chris Bonneville – Service Technician
Chris has 16 years experience in the HVAC business. He moved to Knoxville from Virginia 4 years ago where he worked as a service technician for 12 years. He’s NATE Certified and takes every opportunity to improve his skills and knowledge by participating in ongoing education.
Rocky Top customers praise Chris for his knowledge, promptness, respectfulness and professionalism. In fact, several customers have said that he’s the best service man they have ever had in their home. Chris’s key to success is keeping customer service a priority.
