Rocky Top Air strives to be involved in the community charity events as much as possible. We are blessed to be located in a wholesome city like Knoxville TN and anytime we can support worthy causes we are glad to do it. We will strive to keep you informed of the events we participate in. 2009 Epilepsy Foundation – Mud Volleyball Tournament
Several of us have participated in the Epilepsy Foundation’s benefit Mud Volleyball Tournament over the past several years. It is always a fun time and everyone has an opportunity to slop around in the mud. This year there were 49 teams entered in tournament. The Rocky Top Air team came in 2nd. We are extremely proud of the team for this year’s performance. We feel like the comradery and team work that comes form playing together benefits us when it comes to working together as a team. 2009 Karns Lion’s Club – Golf Tournament – Three Ridges Golf Club
Rocky Top Air entered a team in the 2009 Karns Lion’s Club benefit golf tournament. The team members were Gerald Allison, Daniel Terry, Tyler Cox and David Spencer. The team shot a 9 under par to come in 5th place out of 28 teams. Tyler Cox won (1) of the long drive contest holes. The rest of the team had a relatively lack luster performance but had a great time. Best of luck to the Lion’s Club and everything that they do.
Rocky Top Air’s First Television Commercial
In August, we shot our first television commercial with WATE 6. It was a hot day but we had a ton of fun shooting the commercial.

Rocky Top Air Signs Endorsement with Former UT Player Sean Young
In August, we signed Sean Young to endorse Rocky Top Air. Sean was a UT 4 year starting offensive lineman. He is currently an undefeated mixed martial arts fighter. Sean came by the office to take some photos with some of the Rocky Top Air team.

NCI Home Show 2009
This past weekend we were at the 2009 NCI Home Show at the Expo Center. We had a great time talking with all the folks that stopped by to see us and registered for the give-aways.
